Bukit Damansara Rooftop & Flooring

Water was getting in from above at this Bukit Damansara property, so the work started at the roof. The flat rooftop was stripped back and rewaterproofed, the drainage was repaired to move water away properly, and new floor tiling was laid across the walkway and steps once the wet work had cured. Rooftop waterproofing is one of those jobs where the finish is the easy part — the preparation underneath is what decides whether it holds.
