Renovation work quoted through My Reno Service is carried out by Roomah Builders. Where specialist subcontractors, material suppliers or third-party trades are engaged as part of a project, they work under Roomah Builders' direction and the project agreement remains between you and Roomah Builders. Workmanship, timelines and warranties for work performed are governed by the separate renovation agreement or quotation confirmed for your project, not by these website Terms & Conditions alone.
